The W-Foil
Our unique proprietary W-Foil arrangement is a key technology feature that separates us from the competition. The anhedral shaped hydrofoil is naturally unstable and requires fly-by-wire control to achieve stable flight. The significant benefit of this is the resulting unusually high manoeuvrability. Like a modern day fighter jet that cannot be manually flown, the W-Foil hydrofoil arrangement provides worlds best agility in handling. This increased handling is the direct result of significantly higher roll control torque than craft without the W-Foil. When mixed with our state of the art flight control system the result is stable, confident, smooth flight when desired, but with the option for user selectable flight control levels that include highly aggressive coordinated turning and agility.
The result is a highly manoeuvrable flying boat like no other.

Retractable Foils
The WaveDrive system is designed to be fully retracted at the touch of a button.
This allows WaveDrive craft to be driven on and off a trailer like a traditional vessel.
WaveDrive craft can easily be beached and stored on racks like traditional vessels.
With foils retracted WaveDrive craft can operate and explore shallower waters than traditional craft.

Thanks to our Rapid Recharging system we are able to recharge our vessels in under 1 hour using no moving parts. Meaning for every hour of operation you only have to charge for 15 minutes or less.

Our ability to rapid charge in under 1 hour is thanks to our passive cooling system. Using the water the boat is floating on, the WaveDrive cools itself by transferring heat to the water, ensuring a robust and low maintenance cooling design that doesn't rely on complex cooling pumps and system components.
